Abstract
The hemostasis system is one of the main life-supporting systems, which is designed to preserve the liquid state of circulating blood and counteract its loss through the coagulation mechanism. This duality of functions predetermines the complexity and multistage not only of the blood coagulation process, but also of the mechanisms that limit it. It is known that microcirculation disorders can lead to insufficient blood supply, tissue hypoxia and tissue dystrophy. The fact that in the pathogenesis of the inflammatory process of great importance is the violation of the rheological properties of blood, single works are devoted, however, they do not trace the relationship between the aggregation and deformability of erythrocytes and the antithrombogenic activity of the vascular wall.
