Abstract
The article analyzes the norms and processes of civil regulation of crypto assets. The legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan has the possibility of turnover of crypto assets, but it is limited. The legislator indirectly makes it clear that crypto assets are subject to civil rights, but are not a means of payment.
