Abstract
Precancerous diseases of the larynx (PDL) belong to the category of diseases of the head and neck, which combine the fundamental aspects of molecular genetic processes that carry the potential for malignancy of epithelial cells of the larynx, which are quite widespread and of great practical importance. The absence of prognostic criteria for the likelihood of malignancy of laryngeal cells, which have values of specificity and sensitivity acceptable in the doctor's practice, does not allow developing a unified algorithm for the management, treatment and dispensary observation of patients with this pathology..
